We want you to feel satisfied and happy with your shopping experience at Global Organic Distro. With that philosophy in mind, we handle returns and exchanges case by case. Please read the following carefully first before contacting us for return & exchange request.
Return & Exchange Period
We gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund for sanitary and safety reasons. For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Please see return shipping cost below.
Return & Exchange Process
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact us at info@globalorganicdistro.com. Please provide your FULL NAME on the order, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. We may request additional information, pictures or video proof of the issue if needed. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
If you received wrong items, you will be provided a return shipping label to return the erroneous items. If you are unable to print return shipping label, we may issue a store credit for the amount you spend on returning the erroneous items.
Refund Process
Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit. Global Organic Distro is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.
When will my order be shipped? There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 2PM Central Time usually go out the same day.
We process orders from 9AM - 4PM Central Time on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday and U.S Federal Holidays.
Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.
For international, we are currently shipping to most of the countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to ship to that location at this time. See more information below.
Please note: Certain orders will be shipped to the card holder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Additionally, certain orders are going to be shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).
International Orders All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, and VAT fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Global Organic Distro is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to CBD products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to products that are returned to our facility. If the return of your package incurred any types of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Global Organic Distro is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
For Priority International shipments, tracking will show movement from our warehouse to the International sort facilities and then once it arrives in your country (Not all countries will provide tracking updates. If you have not received your order within 15 days, please contact your local customs agency). Standard international shipping will only show movement from our warehouse to the US international sort facility. (If you have not received your order within 45 days, please contact your local customs agency).
Late Shipments We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. You may also log into your account and find this information under "my account" page.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Tracking numbers will not be activated until the package has been scanned into their systems. Please direct all delivery issues to the carrier you have selected.
Delivery services available on our site offer speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make mistakes. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and Global Organic Distro is not responsible for errors or delays caused by carriers.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions: Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
How are replacement parts shipped? All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped through USPS.
